Succession Planning Policy
The succession planning policy of Pioneer 79 ASC is based on the following four concepts.
The club committee seeks to:
- Recruit additional volunteers to ease the pressure on the current holders of responsibility within the club
- Attempt to make the Head Coach’s job less pressurised by encouraging all the staff to further their qualification levels
- Seek and identify possible successors to the principal post holders at the club
- Continue to encourage members from fourteen years of age to join the poolside staff
